If we discontinue, modify or terminate the site in whole or in part, we will not be liable to you or any third party for such discontinuance, modification or termination. 3. Viruses; Destruction of the Website: You agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs intended to or which does interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or telecommunications equipment including Webhog's systems. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the site or to disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to site. E-mail Communication to Webhog: All e-mail sent to Webhog should be generated by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. E-mail shall not mask the identity of the submitter by using a false name or someone else's name or account. Webhog will use your e-mail address and the content of any e-mail only for correspondence purposes and to meet our legal and regulatory requirements with regard to customer communications. Any information provided to Webhog by e-mail shall be used by Webhog in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 13. Inappropriate Content: The customer is responsible for information published to the Web or other Internet services, through their account. Webhog reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that it, at its sole discretion, deems to be offensive, indecent, or otherwise inappropriate regardless of whether such material or its dissemination is unlawful. 14. Sending Electronic Mail: The Services may not be used to send unsolicited or bulk messages. This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, charity requests, petitions for signatures and political or religious messages. Such messages may only be sent to those who have explicitly requested it. Governing Law: Severability: The Website, your use of the Website, and these terms and conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Website or your use of the Website or these Terns and Conditions of Use shall be heard in the Manitoba courts, in the City of Winnipeg. If any court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use is invalid, you agree that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
